Rental Tariffs

Our rates are given for day rates and a weekly rate.  If you wish to stay for longer than 1 week we will be happy to discuss an appropriate rate for you. 

There is no minimum or maximum stay period – it’s totally flexible to suit your travel plans (except during the London 2012 Olympic Games period).

Day rate: £225/day for periods less than 7 days

Weekly rate: £1,350

Refundable Security Deposit: £400

Rates for London 2012 Olympics (27 July - 12 August 2012):

Weekly rate: £2,950

Refundable Security Deposit: £500

Payment by EFT or internet banking is preferable to a UK bank accountant.

Payment by cheque is also accepted (in GBP), as long as there is sufficient time for the funds to be cleared 28 days prior to your reserved period commencing.

Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge (at the end of one week’s occupancy).
